Do we really need a wide angle lens

"Do we really need a wide angle lens for this one?
I mean, wouldn't it be more effective if we gave it a regular lens and set up the camera in the far end of the corridor!"


I just needed an excuse to make this silly image in a wide angle and I did put up some work on the background... but it all ended up wierd.
Maybe I should have studied how it really looks like in a real wide angle lens.
But I didn't have one one of those and god knows what I'll find if I google "wide angle lens images".......

So I made a floor in a few minutes and left my character how he was and just accept the flaws.
Let's just say I really overworked this one in my standards and hunger for some sleep.


I think I could have made it a lot more realistic in a still cartoony way with smoother lines.
But let's face it. I'm not a digital smooth line artist and I'm too lazy to study the real world closer for inspiration.

Oh, and there is nothing wrong with my digital and hardware equipments. Many of my fellow artist has the same sh't, but they can draw smooth lines.

Sketchy lines are how I role!


Anyway... I hope you enjoy what I made anyway and keep drawing, fellas!
